FAQ

Can I switch lawyers if I’m unhappy with my current representation?

Yes. You always have the right to change lawyers if you’re unhappy with communication, progress, or strategy.

In most cases:

  • You don’t pay two full attorney fees
  • Fees are addressed between lawyers at the end of the case
  • Your case continues without losing momentum if handled correctly

If something doesn’t feel right, it’s worth getting a second opinion. Your case is too important to feel ignored or uncertain about who’s fighting for you.
