If a delivery truck driver hits me while working, can both the driver and the company be responsible?

- The employer, if the driver was acting within the scope of their employment at the time of the crash.
- The company itself, if it failed to:
- Properly train or supervise the driver.
- Maintain the vehicle.
- Follow applicable safety regulations.
- Hire qualified drivers.
